I have been married to the same guy for a LONG time ! We have 3 grown children and the 5 loves of our lives that they have given us ... 4 girls and one boy ! I have been crafting all my life and found my true addiction when I taught myself to use Copic Markers and introduced them into my card making ! I am NOT certified in the use of Copics but that doesn't stop me from creating with them ! I always been a bit of a crafting rebel and don't follow directions well !I love crafting with my hands and seldom will you find them idle as they usually have a crochet hook , knitting needles or a book in them . Exercise is not my strong suit ! LOL ! My husband and I also love camping in our RV ( weather permitting ... as in NO snow !) so most weekends from Spring to Fall you find us camped somewhere with our 3 Yorkies .... though don't tell them they aren't BIG dogs ! Hope you enjoy my little touch of my life .... the creative and the real life !

Time for DH to go to work !

I thought by Monday morning DH would be at work early ( like how about 4 AM ! ) as he is a little bit of a work-aholic ! LOL ! At 3 AM the light got turned on and I waited and waited for him to get out out of bed so I could snuggle under my blankets and catch up on some much needed sleep after holidays , well....... he didn't get up ! Finally I asked him what was going on and to my surprize he told me he wasn't going to go to work ! WHAT !!! He must be really sick as he NEVER misses work ( maybe 5 days in the past 33 yrs ! ). Seems that he has stomach pains and being he has colitis , that could mean a number of things . Well the stubborn fool never went to the Dr but stayed home and suffered all day and all night ! Again , 3 AM this morning the light gets turned on and ...... nothing ...... He decided to stay home again ! Finally he gets up at 8 am and dragged his hinny to the ER ( our Dr is away - again ) . 5 hrs later he arrives home , X-rayed , blood work ...... etc ! NOTHING showed so it could be a virus or it could be a bad episode of colitis brought on by a virus ( Bril and Sil had one while we were visiting ! ) . DH is insisting he is going to work tomorrow so I may actually get to sit at my scrap table and play ! Or I might just play on the computer . Lisa has just uploaded some awesome stuff on her site at www.lisasscrapshack.com..... good thing I didn't spend all the money on holidays ! LOL !

    Sorry Keith is feeling so crappy Donna!!! I sure hope he starts to feel better soon! His workload must be just piling up after the holiday and now THIS! It's probably driving him batty! Plus I know having hubby at home is probably driving YOU nuts too! We sure do get used to our "alone" time, don't we!!! I loved your Birthday greeting to your Brother - that was sweet!!! Thanks for all your support on my site - I truly appreciate it!!! :-)

    so sorry you dh is feeling so horrible. I know when my dh isn't feeling good and wants to stay home i am torn between feeling bad for him and wanting him to go to work LOL lisa said it best LOL we get used to our alone time LOL.
