I have been married to the same guy for a LONG time ! We have 3 grown children and the 5 loves of our lives that they have given us ... 4 girls and one boy ! I have been crafting all my life and found my true addiction when I taught myself to use Copic Markers and introduced them into my card making ! I am NOT certified in the use of Copics but that doesn't stop me from creating with them ! I always been a bit of a crafting rebel and don't follow directions well !I love crafting with my hands and seldom will you find them idle as they usually have a crochet hook , knitting needles or a book in them . Exercise is not my strong suit ! LOL ! My husband and I also love camping in our RV ( weather permitting ... as in NO snow !) so most weekends from Spring to Fall you find us camped somewhere with our 3 Yorkies .... though don't tell them they aren't BIG dogs ! Hope you enjoy my little touch of my life .... the creative and the real life !

Come join in ....

A new challenge blog is up and running . There are challenges every day for cards , scrapbooking and altered items .... your choice ! Some great challenges from CAS ( clean and simple ) to Copic and promarker challenges .... each day is assigned a challenge theme so come and join here to partake in some of the fun !

 I did manage to do the Color challenge for this week as it is using BROWN and PINK .... I was just working on this when the challenge was posted so added it to the mix !

Tilda is colored with Copics and has SMOOTCH Pearlized TOPCOAT on her dress and socks for a shiny , glittery appearance . The heart is cut with a Sizzix scalloped die and then trimmed in lace . The tulle is from American Crafters , the looped ribbon from Webster's Pages and the heart brads are from my stash . They have been colored with Copics and then coated in SMOOTCH as well !

And this one is for the CAS ( Clean and Simple ) challenge

    Ok I'm so curious as to how many Maggie's you have. I have about 60 ... ya, I know you can't tell since I haven't been using them but OMG GF I don't know if I seen you repeat an image. LOL!! That is so cute!! Love your clean and simple card too. I wonder if I have simple in me. I should try it out! :)

    lol...i hear ya euland..i think donna's pretty well got all the mags! yep..i'd like to peek into her stash!

    donna ~ fabulous fabulous cards! i'm love that first one with the mag..so BEAUTIFUL..and as always your coloring rawks! and the 2nd card is gorgeous in it's simplicity..beautiful work
